CNY eve

so changed specs yest... still not used to it lah.. its like giving me headaches and i cant really read properly... oh wells hope i get used to it soon.

helped vacum the floor today... and tried to pack a bit of stuff... mum and dad got like 3 roast duck this morn... one for the reunion dinner later, and the other for us to eat like today and tmr and the day after... if you get what i mean...

zzz... gp remedial got cancelled today... so i have like 4.5hrs to wait for my cca to start... not gonna skip today's session lah... already skipped last weeks session and didnt come to schon thurs the week before... and theres nothing much tmr lah... so why skip???

anyways going to orchard with my troopers after take 5 tmr! whoohoo! sis might join us... since her sch ends at like 1 which is abt the same as mine... and she would have some spare time b4 her swim training... hopefully she'll join us lah:) hopefully.... smsed her and she refused to tell me... say tt she'll tell me at home... sighz. pretty excited abt tmr actually... lol.

cny... its like a non occasion lah seriously.... never enjoyed the visiting mcuh anyway... well its nice to see my cousin once more but apart from that like there nothing much for me to do at my other relative's house... maybe i'm go study h3 chem:)

haiz h3 chem arhs... such a big headache lah. like really no idea what's gonna be tested... dunnoe how much to study. worst still i'm not in the mood to study:S no i'm not in the cny/hol mood, but i'm not in the studying mood either. :(

haiz... broke my specs during pe yest... you know the part which hold the rubber thing u rest on ur nose... still can wear lah, but the whole metal thing broke off so its basically beyond repair. chose a new frame yest... gonna collect it tmr... haiz. $$$....

anyways, the sch comp is in a really sad state... and the internet is ultra slow:( haiz.

k enough ranting for now... and i really cant stand pressing the spacebar... its all wobbly and feels like its gonna drop off le... k go home then blog...

hmm... i dont know if things are getting better or worst, but now it seems like i'm paying full attention during math lects but i end up sleeping during chem... and somemore now chem is on kinetics... and like phy chem is my weak sub... so yeah... oh wells.

econs is like whizzing past me... no idea how to do the essay test next week... speaking of which, we have a gp essay test tmr... sighz... my teacher had better show us some love by giving us easier qns (i.e. qns a SCIENCE class can write abt). yeah but anyways she's a real cool gp teacher lah... love reading her blog entries:P haha she just delicated the last one to my class... damn hilarious lah haha:P yeah anyways its nice knowing that u are going to learn smthing during gp lessons and u even have gp remedial lessons for once... compared to last year, things are much much better now...

monday blues

the start of the week... u are supposed to feel refreshed and recharged after a break during the weekends. yeah right. the very thought of having to go back to sch is depressing enough to make you feel down in the doldrums...

so i had to reinstall everything, and i lost all my srp data cos i happily saved that in the desktop the last time:( luckily i DO have that on my laptop though its not the lastest one, and luckily i do have the final copy of my report somewhere in my email... other then that and the fact that i dont have the lastest favourites saved in d drive... at least the comp is working now!

new printer!

yup my dad got us a new printer cum scanner cum photocopier 3 in one thingy. printing speed definately much faster then the old one. and quality is gd for normal use lah. got scanner and stand alone copier so it much more convient i guess. the old scanner very troublesome... and somehow windows always cannot detect it!?!?!? anyway... can finally print out all the bio n gp stuff le.

yup now... haiz dunnoe whether the comp will work or not... reinstalling windows now... and reformated drive c le... i hope they didnt reformat the wrong drive... cos like the last time i backed up my data was like at the start of last yr!!!:S sighz... blame it on my lazyness:( only thing i'm really worried abt losing is actually my cca stuff... and yeah of cos i got my sch work but at least i've printed like the essays and stuff out and i most probably wont print out again... sighz.

anyway the chem spa went ok... math test was erm... not too sure abt it though. cos like i could do the qns, but when comparing answers i think all my ans are wrong loh:( and yeah i didnt manage to do a part qn... cant remember how many marks that was... but still i dont think that passing shd be a prob, cos at least shd get the method marks and i dont think all the 3 vectors qns would get all wrong right? at least i don think i'm that careless... plus i was feeling ultra awake when doing the paper lah... sheesh... so much so for my 'instincts' and 'feelings' though... its the results that come out that matters.

but yeah the chem spa... hope the teacher would not be ultra strict lah... cos i got lag time and yeah supposed to pour smthing and start stopwatch at the same time but i pour half the stuff down before starting stopwatch. and supposed to stopper and then swirl but i paused a bit before swirling.... oh wells.... but the writing part was ok. had more then enough time lah... like would find any more sources of errors to write abt so i only wrote 5... which is already more then enough lah:P :D hehe. yeah had like 10-15mins left over:P

torn into pieces

stayed back for some take 5 briefing yest, i wouldnt say that its stupid, but to me it was an absolute waste of time. simply cos i dont have anything to do with it... not even the msg afterwards abt the colors ceremony was relevant to me since i'm only in SOME pathetic club. yeah, total waste of time lah, considering that i had to stay back for like 3 hrs waiting for the briefing... sheesh they could have just made the breifing be during our ass slot right? then at least we dont have to wait for so long...

so yup chem spa tmr... and math test... and some ev thing gosh i almost forgot abt it! arghs that means that i have to copy h2 and h3 chem lect notes from somebody, and eat lunch within half an hour! arghs no... i cant postpone copying the notes anymore... wait for one whole wk le... better find time to copy during recess. hopefully chem spa wont end too late.

math remedial really helps man... i think its cos its forcing me to do my work... lol.
had class lunch today... but as usual the class was like scattered everywhere... like across three tables in the canteen... its just so not like the other classes lah... my friends class is like soooo bonded that they will sit together after pe in the canteen to drink lemon tea... like as a whole class... like wow... the day smthing like that happens to my class.... is cos our ct calls for yet another class lunch... lol... even then we wont really be sitting TOGETHER... lol... to high Ea for us to overcome... haha. anyway this time round our ct actually made some effort to talk to my lot of ppl... think that's the reason she'll most likely be calling for more class lunches - so that she can talk with a (or a few) diff grp each time, since she's not the like of person to go talking with everyone all at once.

vectors: test on it tmr... as well as a vehicle for transporting genes of interest to the required site. lol... starting the application part of the bio syllabus now (wow i didnt even know got such a diff lah) and yes we're back to all those stuff i'm famillar with... all the restriction enzymes thing and dna ligase stuff that we've been doing since... i dunnoe was it sec 1? but yeah. all the stuff we focused on in sec 3 n 4, making us look like idiots in all the previous chapters (save for mitosis and meiosis) cos we didnt learn a single thing abt the human body (as in like the organs and wat they do that kinda stuff) although its like the very basis of the o lvl syllabus... haha at last we're back onto some famillar grounds once more:)

and speaking of vectors as in the smthing with magnitude and direction thingy (which is not the actual definition of vectors really, after all, it does NOT explain why there are zero vectors:P) well we just had the last lect on it today... will be starting on complex nos. next lect... sheesh why cant they do like probability 1st? at least i've learnt that b4... :S

and yes, my printer went on strike, and now my comp is down as well. :S dunnoe wat suddenly happened. was still perfectly fine yest but today it just refused to turn on... couldnt even start it up lah... showed some error abt windows missing some dll needed for smthing... so yeah i'm using the labtop now. which isnt that bad actually, now that is. my dad went to clean up all the spyware and stuff so now its working much faster, more like a normal comp lah. last time the lag was sooo bad u had to wait like 5 mins just to change from one window to another!

naugthy me skipped cca today:P yeah, cos i really couldnt make myself stay until 4.30pm when i lesson ended at 12 and i had nothing to do after that. well at least nxt wk there'll be gp reminder so i dont have to wait for so long... so i went home to sleep instead:p and woke up to eat dinner and now i'm blogging.... lalala. heh. haven start proper studying and its 11pm le. luckily chem ass got extension till monday:P and yes i lost the chem spa notes... so can only study from the answers to all the mock spas we did... oh wells. they are all abt the same anyways.

just switched my blog to the google accounts thing... watever for:P. ks studying time!

i'm back!

yozzies! i'm back... k time for a little update from me i guess...

so i fell sick last tues... like got some superbug or rather super bacteria, haven been that ill for so long. like two and a half days of mc (cos i went to see the doctor in the afternoon) and even then i was still pretty zonked out on fri.

so yeah that was my sad story last week... and mine you i didnt get the chance to do anything with my days off either. just sleep, wake up, and sleep again.

haiz dont feel like posting anything more right now so there...

that just abt describes the state of everything... my table and my room is just one huge mess, and my comp room is probably worst then that... gaaaaaaaaah well everything is kinda messed up... my cca stuff, my hw, my mental state...... k watevers.

so... i got another bk abt sats.... well i dunnoe wat for lah... i mean, i already have one book (though i got that like sooo long ago) plus i dunnoe if i'll really read it plus i'm not even sure if i'm taking sats...

well basically i'm not sure wat i'm gonna study in uni, where i'm gonna study... etc... well i guess u get the idea... like its sorta useless to take sats when u arent going to us right? granted u can improve ur english when studying for sats... and hence the reason i just brought the book regardless of whether i'll be taking sats in the end anyways... well... i'm attempting to learn some new words... well at least i'm trying...

hmm... did i mention that my printer is going on strike? i dunnoe what's wrong with it lah... its like... everything is working fine, but only provided you can turn it on. yeah, most of the time it refuses to on... esp when i need it most... haiz... anyways looks like we have to go printer shopping soon... i believe nowadays the printers shd be quite affordable... and they've got stuff like printer scanner and photocopier all in one kinda stuff which could turn out to be rather useful...

so h3 chem ended early today, for once omg! it ended at like 4.40 when the official ending time is like 5.15...! well the past few lects we've been ending at like 5 but 4.40? that's totally unheard of in h3 chem ok! yup anyway we were learining abt isomerism and there was all that stuff abt newman projection and fisher projection! yay man! finally those stuff i briefly read up on like 2 years ago were being used!!! it was real cool lah, too happy and excited to fall asleep lol:P

anyway, i've been making some pathetic efforts to study some stuff for sats... the english is damn hard lah i tell you! like all the words are so foreign to me... sheesh if only i had stuck with doing the 1000words book we had for gp last yr... it would have definately helped lah. sighz.

speaking of which, my essay writing skills from last year has completely gone down the drain... and i will not elaborate on it...:(

so naughty me went out with my sis today:) to orchard to play:) took us quite a while cos we were happily talking while eating... but yeah i hardly get to see her at home nowadays... and like tues is the only day that i can go meet her after sch since like every other day she has trainings... well today oso have lah but she goes for weiqi instead of swimming:) yay:) well it was quite rush lah, but at least we had some time together + we got some goodies from taka:P:)

lol nowadays i think my sis is even more tired than i am lah... sheesh! i refuse to think of what would happen to her when pts start coming in... k but she IS a lot more disciplined then i was and am... so maybe she'll survive after all...

k gp compre test in a while... time for me to finish the bio prac and go sleep... but maybe no time to sleep liao lah lol:P

so my class gotta new gp teacher... she's gd lah... very active, enthu, and yes real pretty too. but honestly i've yet to meet someone like her... someone who's so... erm... outspoken but in a nice and yeah seriously arh, i've never had a more animated teacher yar... gp essay test tmr.. sux man... i hope there will be some qn which is do-able for me lah... yah like the essay qns she gave us that day are all like so hard for me to write on... i think the essay i wrote is like really crappy lah:(
haiz, and like trial nafa is tmr... seriously gonna die for standing broad jump man sadness... cannot jump for nuts lah... somemore its always the case whereby my 1st jump is still ok, then the more i jump the worst it gets man... like i'll end up landing too early or jumping too low or smthing... yeah. and yeah have to like run 4 and a half rounds in 12 mins... which is quite impossible for me considering i took 11min and 45 sec to run 4 rounds... wah:(

on another note... there pe tmr and like nafa trail is coming real soon :( and i put on sooo much weight in the hols that i seriously hope i dont get into taf club or watever they haf here.... :( :S

finally signed up for ssef today... and then i heard tt the registration dateline has been extended the second after i finish signing up... lol... oh wells... anyways... sort of... erm... finally... kinda settled my project title... yeah i really like it... sounds grand and erm... interesting... and a bit gpish... but oh wells... i like it:)
